LESEDI MOAHI, LLB

Lesedi, a citizen of Botswana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from University of Botswana in October 2008.

Lesedi worked briefly at CEDA before joining the Attorney General in November 2008. Subsequently he joined the private practice in 2010 under Matlala Attorneys. In January 2012 he joined khumomotse Law practice where he has been until the establishment of his own practice Moahi Attorneys in June 2012. During the period he has been in practice Mr. Moahi successfully represented individuals, private companies and Government parastatals in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Industrial Court, the Land Tribunal and the Magistrates Courts in Botswana. During this period, Mr. Moahi acquired indispensable skills from his mentors on drafting of court documents, conducting legal research and preparing for argument in Court, preparation of evidence for purposes of trial at Court and drafting and analysing of legal contracts and agreements of diverse nature.

CHABUYA ALHEMID LOWANI, LLB

Lowani is a citizen of Botswana who obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Botswana 2013. Lowani is an innovative highly ambitious Commercial minded attorney who employs clients oriented attitude in dealing with matters, ensuring efficiency and prompt turnaround time in handling clients matters.

He is currently inclined towards commercial and corporate law, particularly business start ups, mergers of unlisted private companies, corporate restructuring, increasing issued shares, company conversions, investment advisory, liquidations, private placements, asset protection, litigation, conveyancing and administration of estates.

NEO RABOENYANA, LLB

Neo is a citizen of Botswana who graduated with a Bachelor of law in 2012 from the University of Botswana.

Neo is a real logical thinker, well rounded, open minded individual who stands her ground with confidence. She prides herself in the ability to learn from information intake-once learnt, it is not easy to forget.
